Christmas 2005

Well that one is in the memory box. It was a very nice time and old man weather was a great man and made the weather not a major factor. I was more organized and it certainly did make the season less stressful imagine that!!! I enjoyed it so much but I am glad it is in the books and we can look forward to a new year with lots of new adventures!! Here are some pictures of the last few days hope you enjoy. We only missed a couple of things and that would be Brandon and Nicki!!! We have had a couple of special nights with sleep overs with cousin Max and we made a fire and had a camp out even with smores thanks to Grandma!!! More fun is to be had as Danni and Brecli are spending the week!!! Off to bed we are because if we don't Grandma will snore!!

It has been a long time since I have updated but I have some pictures I have to share. We are making lists and checking them twice this time of year. Lots to do and only so many waking hours to do it! I always think well at naptime but I am having my two year olds transition to the big bed and well they wake up and have an audience and naptime is shorter than I would like!!! Imagine that? I am ahead of myself this year by so much I am scared instead of stressed out. Here are some pictures of my tree and villages. Then the little children. Luke is the little guy in orange sweater going up to the stage he looked so small. Look at Macy eat that cupcake I tried to take the frosting off and she pushed my hand out of the way and cried. I don't know if you can read Macy look on the picture of Luke, Max and Macy but she was yelling cheese as big as she could! Merry Christmas everyone!!

Well I am a terrible mother because we went out to Fort Collins last weekend and I never even took one picture of my girls and their boyfriends BUT the grandchildren are around this week end and I am a picture taking fool!! Ummm that is terrible!!! We had so much fun in Fort Collins just relaxing any way I sure did. I slept in, visited with the girls, and cooked. I did not even go to Old Navy my favorite place to go. Oh well we have one in Sioux Falls now so maybe it isn't that much of a thrill for me now. The time went to fast isn't that funny how much you look forward to that time and in a flash it is gone and we have to look forward to something new.
Last night we went over to Hills, Mn. and went to an Halloween party. All five grandkids were here so we had a great time. Troy and Taylor were there as Mickey and Minnie. Max was so brave he went on stage and did the cake walk of course cousin Danni was there to help him find his brave bone. He won some cookies and Danni won a cake so they were very lucky. They had a sack full of little treasures. They spent hours in the last two days checking out all of the neat things. We had a blizzard and some laughs at Dairy Queen then we came home and watched Bewitched which seemed only fitting for the week end!!! Then the best thing ever a sleep over! Today we made a big pile of leaves in the front this morning and everyone had fun with pumpkins and leaves!!! Grandma is tired tonight after all the excitement! Max and Luke helped me blow leaves this afternoon and take all my pots and empty them into garbage bags. I hope they aren't as tired as I am!!! Now I will add some great pictures of all of our fun and cute goblins!!

Who let the dogs out!!

We had a party tonight with a one, two times three and one four year old. When they are teenagers I will probably be too old to party with them! I almost was tonight they were just so pumped up. We had Brecli here for her first solo sleepover so the Honner's from Sioux Falls came and the Durst's from Hills. Oh yes Aunt Colleen and Aunt Lisa also. We ordered pizza, had juice boxes and watched Robots the movie!! Some of us were in bed by nine o'clock...now Grandma/Auntie is done cleaning up and is ready to retire also!! We are sharing our bath pictures I hope it isn't too much for you all to see!! Just 6 squeaky clean little rugrats!!!

Are you ready for some Nebraska football? Look at his game face for this picture he was all about the look.... Posted by Picasa
